River Fest Vendor Information and Registration

When registering, be prepared to provide us with the following documents:

– Full menu and pricing

– Food vendors only (required)

– Photo of Art/Crafts

– Art/Crafts vendors only (required)

– Business logo/graphic (300dpi minimum) for marketing purposes

– Certificate of liability insurance naming Sunbury’s Revitalization, Inc. and River Festival Committee as additional insured. (Required if your business carries liability insurance. If you do not, you may sign a liability waiver in the form.)

No registrations will be accepted after August 1st.

* Vendor Setup Description. Please describe your setup. Description must include the dimensions of your setup as # ft deep X # ft long in relation to pedestrian path? Including tent, truck, trailer, hitch, generator, canopy, or anything else.

A standard space is 12’ deep and 12’ long in relation to the pedestrian path. If your setup requires more than 12’ in either depth or length, including tent, truck, trailer, hitch, generator, canopy, or anything else, you must purchase additional spaces to accommodate. Your setup may not protrude in any way onto or over the pedestrian path.
