Welcome to the Sunbury River Festival!
Thank you for being one of our valued vendors! We hope this will be a great experience for you and that you will continue to join us year after year.
The River Festival is laid out into three areas:
Explore the Google Map to see festival layout, features, and parking options
Streets will close for the festival at noon on Friday. Please do not arrive before noon unless you have made special arrangements with us.
FOOD TRUCKS - please arrive by 1pm so we can get you in position before other vendors begin arriving and setting up.
ALL OTHERS - please begin arriving AFTER 1pm and in time sufficient for you to set up and open for guests at 4pm.
Cameron Park Vendors must enter Market St from the 4th St intersection. A volunteer will let you in and direct you to Cameron Park where another volunteer will help you find your assigned location. Please unload your vehicle and park it in the vendor parking area before setting up your booth.
Front Street Vendors must enter from Front St at the intersection with Chestnut St. As you leave Front St. and enter Riverfront Park, turn right to stay on the Front Street side of the park. A volunteer will direct you to your assigned location. Please unload and set up. Your vehicle must be removed to vendor parking by 3:30pm.
River Front Vendors must enter from Front St at the intersection with Chestnut St. As you leave Front St, proceed straight up the ramp and over the flood wall to the river side of the park. Head downhill toward the boat dock area. A volunteer will direct you to your assigned location. Please unload and set up. Your vehicle must be removed to vendor parking by 3:30pm.
